07/28/2020: An operating permit, 1241-FY2019, has been issued for Lincolnwood to purchase from Evanston instead of Chicago. As shown below the monitoring schedules have already been updated. Lincolnwood is on six-month lead/copper and water quality parameter monitoring. Lincolnwood is also on sequential profile sampling due to having lead service lines. Evanston and Chicago are consider to be analogous, at least until Chicago changes chemical. Segundo, please update SDWIS. My notes indicate that there is also a new emergency interconnect to Skokie.
10/09/2019: David Cook: A construction permit, 1241-FY2019, has been issued to the Village of Lincolnwood to install water main to switch sources from Chicago to Evanston. A SEP was also issued for lead sequential monitoring. Please switch to six-month monitoring starting in January 2020 for lead/copper and water quality parameters. JL
